In Town-Hall, Wroclaw-Poland: 18.5.2007, 2:00pm Wernisage-Exhibition of "60 Years Photographic and Audiovisual Artist Association of Lower Silesia-Photography 1947-2007" and to award Decoration for Mr. Fritz SHIH, Taipei-Taiwan, from Minister of Culture of Poland.

Fritz SHIH, PSA International Representative of Taiwan, has been invited to provide 10 photo-works for the Exhibition.
